Implementing fair and transparent billing between different business partners in a Europe-wide logistics<\/a> network is not trivial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extensive monthly checks and manual corrections were necessary to ensure fair invoicing for the individual country organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And so BusinessCode developed a solution<\/a> that set the operating data from the data warehouse against the calculated distribution of turnover based on the individual transport profiles. And thus automatically controlled the billing process. The reconciliation takes place automatically, manual checks are superfluous. The basis of the solution is a transparent control system that takes into account the quality of the services through a bonus-malus system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, individual national organizations can now view their financial income and expenses in a Cognos report. The bonus-malus system enables the targeted control and influence of the country’s performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
