New employees are successfully trained in a hybrid manner

With its “Hybrid Working Made by BusinessCode” concept, the Bonn-based digitization expert laid the foundation for its continuous growth in 2020; the entire recruiting and onboarding process can be done from home.

Bonn, February 23, 2021 After the Bonn-based IT service provider BusinessCode had already started very successfully with its own New Work concept “Hybrid Work Made by BusinessCode” last year, the company can continue its growth course. New employees are recruited, selected, hired and trained digitally. This was also the case for the two new colleagues whom the IT consultants welcomed to the team in the first days of the new year.

With Christian Baltzer and Jens Habermann, two new colleagues have joined the BusinessCode development team since the beginning of the year. As always, they join the BusinessCode project team directly as active members, accompanied by a mentor. And this also at a time when BusinessCode works 100% from home. “This has worked very well and will be continued accordingly as long as the situation requires it,” emphasizes CEO Martin Schulze.

“For us as an IT company, digital working is not a new thing. We have been working online with many of our international customers for years. We have continuously expanded our technical infrastructure and processes to enable this to run smoothly and provide customers with the best possible service,” Schulze explains further.

“Our concept of “hybrid working” is very well received, especially among students, as it offers them the opportunity to flexibly gain professional practice alongside their studies,” explains Schulze, who is already looking forward to receiving further applications. BusinessCode is already set to grow in the coming months. The digitization boom is bringing new projects and the BlueBoxAir product, which was successfully launched in December, is being continuously developed for worldwide use.

“Every new IT employee immediately joins one of our project teams,” explains Martin Bernemann, CEO and responsible for technology and software development. “As a matter of principle, the induction process takes place in ongoing projects, especially if the new colleagues are working students. This concept has proven itself because we actively support our new employees and don’t just throw them in at the deep end. With the hybrid concept, this is also possible in corona times.”

Currently the company is looking for additional working students (d/m/f) and graduates (d/m/f) for software development and UX design to support the work for the globally active customer base as well as the further development of own products.
